Hi all,

Just thought I'd let you know about our Tough Mudder day and send over some photos.
Me, Lewis (and late addition - Rigger) had a great time running it, though it was hard going ... and cold (so, so cold).  Highlights included electric shocks (see video clip at foot of page), wading through containers of ice, pitch black water-filled tunnels and worst of all ... repeatedly swimming under barriers in the freezing lake - which resulted in the worst brain-freeze imaginable. Oh and mud lots and lots of mud.
It was a great day and we were more than happy to be able to raise money for the ReMarkableSwift Fund, and knowing that money was riding on us kept us motivated when the going got tough.
I've included a few photos that we managed to get (I did video most of the race on a waterproof camera but unfortunately that is now lying somewhere at the bottom of a freezing swamp, maybe it will be dug up in a few thousand years).
